13 | On September 10, 2025 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Stephanie Piring met with Facility Representative Banafsheh (Bonnie) Lee to deliver complaint investigation findings. Upon arrival, LPA observed 82 preschool children, supervised by 9 staff members across 5 classrooms.
It was alleged that staff are commingling daycare children. During the course of the investigation, LPA made observations, and conducted interviews with director, staff, and authorized representatives. During LPAs visits on 8/19/25, and 9/10/25, LPA did not observe any instances of commingling children. Interviews with director, staff, and authorized representatives revealed instances where the facility has commingled the first and last hour, which LPA confimred the faciltiy does have a waiver on file. LPA did not find any evidence where commingling occured outside of waiver approved times. Although the allegation(s) may have happened, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the allegation; therefore, the allegation is unsubstantiated. Exit interview was conducted and report was reviewed with Facility Representative Banafsheh (Bonnie) Lee. Appeal rights were provided. Notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. |
