13 | On July 28, 2025 Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Stephanie Piring met with Facility Representative Banafsheh (Bonnie) Lee to deliver complaint investigation findings. Upon arrival, LPA observed 18 infant children, supervised by 5 staff members across 2 classrooms.
It was alleged that staff do not provide adequate supervision to children in care. During the course of the investigation, LPA made observations, and conducted interviews with the director, and staff. During LPAs visits on 6/3/25, and 7/28/25, LPA observed adequate supervision of children in both the infant and toddler classroom.
It was alleged Staff do not ensure cleaning agents are inacessible to children. Interveiws with staff stated cleaning agents are stored in baskets above the sink areas out of reach of children. LPA observed the storage of cleaning agents in the classrooms and with in the facility and confirmed cleaning agents are stored where they are inacessible to the children.
