13 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jeremey McClain met with licensing representative David Tucker in order to deliver findings for a complaint investigation. LPA observed 11 preschool children supervised by three teachers. There were allegations that Child 1 was inapprorpiately touched by Staff 1 while in care.
During today’s inspection, LPA conducted interviews with staff and obtained documents pertinent to the investigation.
During the investigation, the allegation was investigated by roseville police department, and the Califonia Department of Social Services Community Care Licensing Investigations Branch. An MDIC interview was conducted with Child 1. The Roseville Police department decided not continue their investigation or press charges against Staff 1. Staff 1 and Staff 2 were also interviewed during the investigation. There was not enough evidence to corroborate or dismiss the allegation, therefore the finding is UNSUBSTANTIATED.
No Title 22 Deficiencies will be issued as a result of the investigation. LPA reviewed this report with licensing representative. A Notice of Site Visit was provided and must be posted for 30 days. LPA provided appeal rights.
