25 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Amanda Blesi met with Licensee Aman Purewal for a case management inspection to increase the capacity on the infant license. License requests a capacity increase from 40 to 52 infants and toddlers. There will be 16 infants age 6 wks and above and and 36 toddlers under the toddler option, ages 18-36 months.
LPA discussed the forms that must be in each child's and each staff member's file including written permission from the child's authorized representative to enter and exit the toddler option program. Licensee understands there must be a ratio of 6 toddlers to every 1 staff and staff must have infant units.

Licensee states there are 36 cots for the toddlers. There are 8 toilets, six potty chairs and 10 sinks. Licensee understands there shall be one potty chair to every five infants being toilet trained. Medications are stored in the office. Cleaning disinfectants are appropriately stored and inaccessible to children. Applicant stated there are no poisons or firearms on the premises. Applicant stated a water jug and individual cups will be available in both classrooms. LPA observed a functional carbon monoxide detector and a electronic sign-in/sign-out system. LPA used the previous measurements taken during the prelicensing inspection on 4/16/2020. The four classrooms contain a total of 3160.87 square feet, which will accommodate 90 children.
