On October 12, 2023 Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Lea Habtom and Tanya Washington met with owner Emily Balga and general manager Erica Ouija to complete the required one year annual inspection. Emily Balga states they are not operating the school age program and have no children enrolled. Emily states they are looking to close the school age license and have started construction in the school age classroom. Emily agreed to place the school age license on inactive from October 12, 2023 through October 12, 2024 and is aware that the inactive status must be renewed upon expiration. Annual inspection was not conducted during today's inspection.

No Title 22 regulations were cited during today's inspection.

This report was reviewed with owner Emily Balga. Notice of site visit was provided. Appeal rights were provided.
