| There are no staff. LPA discussed educational requirements for school age staff. At least one staff member present today has current Pediatric CPR and First Aid certification. LPA reminded designated staff member of requirements for immunization records and documentation of the educational background, training, and/or experience and AB 1207 Mandated Reporter training certificates.
There are no children enrolled in the program. LPA discussed forms needed in the children files such as an emergency card, consent for emergency medical treatment and notifications of children’s and parent’s rights.
There are no children in care and no medications. Incidental Medical Services – IMS was discussed. For IMS information see Evaluator Manual – Regulation Interpretations and Procedures for Child Care Centers Sections 101173 and 101226. LPA observed sunscreen forms on file.

LPA discussed annual fees. LPA informed the Director of the recent regional office relocation and provided updated personal and parent's rights forms and postings.
Facility Representative was informed of the www.mychildcareplan.org website; a consumer education website that helps families obtain childcare by connecting them to childcare providers and Resource and Referral Agencies (R&Rs) throughout California.

In the areas that were evaluated, no deficiencies were cited during today’s inspection. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with General Manager, Erica Ouji. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
