Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jeremey McClain conducted a Plan of Correction visit (POC) with licensee Amber Bauer regarding the violation that was cited on 05/10/2024. Licensee’s assistant Samantha Sanchez was present during today’s inspection and six preschool aged children were observed.

Licensee was cited for allowing S1 to work without a criminal record clearance. Although S1 was not present during today’s inspection, LPA verified that S1 has received a criminal record clearance and has been associated to the license as of 05/11/2024. Therefore, the plan of correction has been met, and S1 can now assist at the home. LPA provided a letter of clearance to the licensee. LPA verified the appropriate postings have been posted, and licensee has begun having parents sign LIC 9224’s.
An exit interview was conducted, and a Notice of Site Visit was posted. LPA reminded licensee that the LIC 9099-D from 5/10/2024 must still be posted for 30 days.
