An unannounced inspection was conducted by Licensing Program Analyst Owens and McClain. LPA's met with Owner Dipna Desai and Director Samantha Holiga. Present at time of inspection were 26 infants with 7 staff. The purpose of the inspection is to open and close a complaint investigation. Interviews were conducted.

Based upon the interviews conducted, there was not a preponderance of evidence to support the above allegation or incident occurred therefore, this complainant is unsubstantiated.

An exit interview was conducted. Appeal rights were given and explained to the licensee at time of inspection.
