Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jeremey McClain met with licensing representative Allison Kelly for an unannounced Licensee Initiated Case Management Inspection. No Children were present during the inspection.

The licensee has requested to add Classroom 28 on the Rocklin Academy Charter School at Rhukala Elementary. LPA observed age-appropriate furniture and equipment. LPA observed a bathroom in the classroom that provides privacy. Licensing Representative stated that the facility will not use the faucet/sink combo in the classroom.

A fire clearance for the room was granted on 10/15/2024 and received at the Sacramento Regional office on 02/19/2025.

The licensed areas will now include: Vappa, K6, and the multi-purpose room, and room 28.

Licensing representative Allison Kelly agreed to review/sign this report via email. LPA provided a Notice of Site Visit via email as well.
