25 | THIS IS AN AMENDED REPORT THAT INCLUDES VERBIAGE FOR BOTH COMPONENTS ON THE SINGLE LICENSE: On 12/11/2023, Centralized Application Bureau (CAB) Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Arianna Manabat met with Applicant Puneet Nathani for the purpose of an announced change of ownership pre-licensing inspection. This is a change of ownership from (BUILDING KIDZ - ROSEVILLE WEST - 313623347). Applicant requests the following components: Infant (CAPACITY: 16) AGES 0-24 MONTHS IN CLASSES 3 AND 5 and PRESCHOOL (CAPACITY 48) AGES 2 YEARS TO ENTRY INTO FIRST GRADE IN CLASSES 1,2, AND 4. The Census included 6 infants, 18 preschool children, six staff members, the Director, and Applicant. The program will operate 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM Monday through Friday. The fire clearance was granted on 09/11/2023.
LPA reviewed with applicant the LIC 311A, Records To Be Maintained At The Facility, for child’s records, personnel records, administrative records, and documents to be posted. Applicant acknowledges that the following documents must be posted at all times: License, Emergency Disaster Plan, Personal Rights, Parents' Rights Poster, Effects of Lead Exposure, car seat poster, menus, and daily schedule. Applicant stated that the facility provides snacks or lunch.
INDOOR ACTIVITY SPACE:
There are five rooms in use for the facility. Rooms 1,4 and 5 serve the preschoolers and 2 and 3 serve infants. LPA observed sufficient amount of age- appropriate equipment, toys, tables, and cubbies. There is a first aid kit in each classroom. Applicant stated medications are stored in the front of the facility in a locked area. Applicant stated there are no firearms or bodies of water on the premises. Applicant stated indoor and outdoor drinking water will be provided via water cups and filtered water. LPA observed a carbon monoxide detector within the facility. LPA observed a sign-in/sign-out sheet posted at the front entry point via a QR code, PIN code, and back up paper sign-in/ sign-out sheets. (Report continued on subsequent LIC 809) |
