Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jennifer Semin conducted this case management visit in conjunction with Complaint number 18-AS-.20210430095837 LPA met with .Ebraheem Hamed.

During the course of the complaint investigation on 5/7/2021, LPA observed AJAX cleaning powder in the bathroom between rooms #24 and room #25 and bleach on the counter of the kitchen in building #1. Disinfectants, cleaning solutions, poisons, firearms and other items which could pose a danger if readily available to residents shall be stored where inaccessible to residents.
This requirement was not met as evidence by LPA observed cleaning solutions accessible to residents in care. This poses a serious health and safety risk to residents in care. A deficiency will be cited.
