On August 23, 2023 at 1:51 pm Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Ana Noble conducted a Case Management inspection regarding Increase in Capacity from 72 to 96. LPA met with the Farhana Alam - Assistant Director, toured and took census. The Fire Clearance was granted on August 9, 2023 by the Moreno Valley Fire Department.

LPA measured all of the currently licensed classrooms and new preschool classroom which are the four classrooms at the rear of the building (two on the left side and two on the right side). LPA has determined that their is sufficient indoor activity space to accommodate a total of 95 Preschool Children in all four classrooms.

There is a total of 16 sinks and 9 toilets observed during this inspection. There is a one playground that can accommodate 147 Preschool in the outdoor space.

LPA has requested an updated Indoor and Outdoor facility sketch to clearly identify all of the spaced by Program Names (Preschool/Infant). The current facility sketch provided is outdated. Based on this change, LPA Noble has determined that limiting factor is Indoor Activity space which allows for 95 Preschool Children. The application for increase will be submitted once pictures are received with classroom being set up and updated facility sketches are provided to the Department.

No deficiencies cited during this inspection. An exit interview was conducted, appeal rights and notice of site visit was issued to Farhana Alam, Assistant Director . THE LICENSEE UNDERSTANDS THAT IT MUST REMAIN POSTED FOR THE NEXT 30 DAYS.
