On November 2, 2022 at 11:59 AM, Licensing Program Analyst’s (LPA’s) Anastasia Flores and Jessica Rubio arrived at the facility to conduct an inspection for a decrease in capacity from 48 to a requested capacity of 24 school age. At 12:10 PM, LPA's measured the decreased size of program areas.
Indoor Activity Areas – school age activity areas were measured (school age classroom). This area gives sufficient space for 23 school age children.
LPAs have determined that there is sufficient space to accommodate a total of 23 school age children.

Outdoor Activity Area – Preschool playground
LPAs have determined that there is sufficient space to accommodate a total of 23 school age children at one time. The facility will submit a waiver to utilize the outdoor activity area at different times of the day. Bathroom area has at least one toilet and one handwashing area for children to safely utilize.

The Fire Clearance was granted on 09/20/2022. The new capacity is limited to 23 school age children range from Kindergarten through age 9 years.

An exit interview was conducted, appeal rights were discussed, and a copy of this report was provided to Director Jesika Guillermo. A notice of site visit was also provided and must remain posted for 30 days.
