On November 2, 2022 at 10:16 AM, Licensing Program Analyst’s (LPA’s) Anastasia Flores and Jessica Rubio arrived at the facility to conduct an inspection for an increase in capacity from 24 infant to a requested capacity of 40 infants. At 10:16 AM, LPA’s were greeted and granted access to the facility by Director, Jesika Guillermo. At 10:26AM, LPA's measured the newly added infant program areas. LPA's also inspected and measured the outside playground area to verify it has sufficient footage for requested capacity. .
Measurements were taken and the following was determined:
Indoor Activity Areas – infant, activity and older infant areas were measured (current and new room). This area gives enough space/room for 40 infants.
LPAs have determined that there is sufficient space to accommodate a total of requested infants, total of 40 infants in all areas with addition and the currently used classrooms.

Outdoor Activity Area – Infant Playground
LPAs have determined that there is sufficient space to accommodate a total of 23 infants at one time (Infant Playground). The facility will put in a waiver to utilize the outdoor activity area at different times of the day.
Diaper changing tables- three total diaper changing tables and two bathrooms with toddler size toilets. There is a total of one sink located by each changing table.

The Fire Clearance was granted on 09/20/2022. The new infant capacity is limited to 40 infants.

An exit interview was conducted, appeal rights were discussed, and a copy of this report was provided to Director Jesika Guillermo A notice of site visit was also provided and must remain posted for 30 days.
