Due to COVID-19, On 06/10/2022 at 1:30PM Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Giselle Carbullido conducted a Case Management inspection to provide technical assistance. The facility has recently had 3 infants and two adult testing positive for COVID within the first two weeks of June 2022. LPA Carbullido took a census , toured the facility and met with Director Toni Rangel.

During the inspection, LPA reviewed and discussed COVID-19 guidelines, resources, and postings with Director. At 1:45PM LPA observed health screen station for drop off, installed hand sanitizer dispensers at each class room, and separate entry and exit gates for parents. COVID-19 information posters including hand-washing posters were observed in child care areas and bathroom. The Facility representative was advised to follow the child care industry guidelines on face coverings, sanitation and other infection prevention measures.
