Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Elyse Jones and Kim Leung conducted complaint investigation at the facility this date on 8/13/2021. Upon arrival, LPAs met with licensee Meena Manaktala and Director Sapna Sachdev and stated the purpose of the inspection. It was alleged that on July 30, 2021, Child 2 was released to the parent not according to the visitation arrangement specifies on the court order. Records were reviewed and interviews were conducted during visit. LPAs observed a copy of the court order on file for the children. Per the court order, the parent has visitation with the children every other weekend after day care/school or 2pm until 8:00AM the following Monday. However, LPAs obtained information that on July 30, 2021, the children were released to the parent at 10:00AM which was earlier than it was specified on the court order. Licensee stated that facility obtained the copy of the court order on July 29, 2021 prior to the Parent Teacher conference. Based upon the information gathered, facility failed to adhere to the court order. This allegation is substantiated. See LIC9099D for deficiency cited per California Code of Regulations Title 22, Division 12.
