13 | Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Rachel Zeron and Nasha King made an unannounced 10-day visit to investigate a complaint that was initiated on 04/06/2022. LPAs met with Michelle Solario, Director. A census was taken, and the facility was toured. LPA indicated the reason for the visit was to investigate the allegations above.
During the visit, LPAs reviewed diaper/potty logs for random children in the 2-year-old classroom. These logs are posted on the KinderCare App in which the parents can view them daily. LPAs observed the logs to be complete with detailed information every 2-3 hours. LPAs did not observe any incident reports in the children’s files or the KinderCare App relaying a diaper rash.
There is no evidence to support that children developed diaper rash in care, and LPAs could not corroborate the allegation with a preponderance of evidence. Therefore, based on the information collected, the allegation children developed diaper rash in care is UNSUBSTANTIATED.
An exit interview was conducted, and this report was reviewed with the Director, Michelle Solario and a copy was provided. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
