On October 28, 2022, an Informal Conference was held at the Riverside Regional Office. Present in the conference were the Administrator, Eresha Wedanarachchi; Licensing Program Manager (LPM) Aaron Ross; and Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Kay Turner .

The conference was held to discuss the following sections of Title 22 Regulations and Health and Safety Code:
I. 101229(a)(1) Responsibility to Provide Care and Supervision

The Licensee indicated that procedures have been implemented to ensure compliance of the above topic, including hiring 2 extra teachers to assist. Licensee agrees to submit a written plan detailing supervision related to case management inspection conducted on 08/10/2022. Written plan due by 11/04/2022.

Licensee was advised to visit the Department's website at: https://cdss.ca.gov/inforesources/child-care-licensing/resources-for-providers; http://www.ccld.ca.gov/ on a regular basis for licensing updates. Licensee was advised to review Child Care Center Operators videos related to: Teacher-Child Ratio in Child Care Centers and Supervising Children in Child Care Center at the Child Care Provider video website link: https://ccld.childcarevideos.org/child-care-center-operators/.

During this conference, contact information of the local Resource and Referral Agency, Child Care Resource Center (CCRC) at (909) 890-0018, and Child Care Law Center (415) 558-8005 were provided to Licensee. Licensee agrees to ensure that the facility is operating in substantial compliance of California Code of Regulations Title 22, Division 12.

An exit interview was conducted with Administrator, Eresha Wedanarachchi.
