25 | On July 1, 2022 and 12:26 pm, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Ana Noble arrived at the facility to conduct an annual inspection as part of a compliance review. LPA met with Licensee Alba Torres, who was present with a total of 4 day-care children. Children were engaged in age appropirate activities in the day-care room. LPA toured the facility, inside and out, records were reviewed, and the following was observed and/or discussed:
· Normal days and hours of operation are: Monday through Saturday, 5:30 am to 5:30 pm
· Off-limit areas include: All bedrooms and backyard.
· The facility is licensed to have no more than 8 children as a Small FCCH and is operating within the licensed capacity and appropriate ratios, Licensee and 4 children of appropriate ages.
· Appropriate supervision provided during this inspection by Licensee-Mrs. Torres.
· A working telephone is present, and the current phone number is on file
· A fully charged fire extinguisher (2A:10BC) was observed. A smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector were present and tested by the Licensee during this inspection.
· There is no fireplace
· All hazardous items are stored inaccessible to children during this inspection.
· Toxins are locked - No observed during tour of the home in day-care areas accessible to day-care children.
· Weapons not present/stored according to Title 22. Licensee understands all guns, weapons and ammunition must be key locked separately and made inaccessible per Title 22 Regulations
· Single story home
· Clean, safe and age appropriate toys
