25 | On 12/19/2024, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Claudia Caywood arrived at the facility to conduct a case management inspection in regard to a fence that was recently constructed at the facility playground.
During visit, LPA observed a metal fence with wood like planks meshed through the metal that surrounds the entire property at the facility. The fencing has a total of three pad locked doors that lead to the outside of the property. The fence on the south side of the property is approximately 6 ft. in height, while fencing on the east side of the property is approximately 8 ft. in height which blocks the view to the car wash adjacent to the facility property.
LPA observed the fence to be in good repair and no health and safety concerns at this time of inspection.
A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
During the exit interview, the Director Tiffany Barnes confirmed that there are no Registered Sex Offenders at the facility and LPA completed the RSO profile in FAS.
Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Director, Tiffany Barnes. |
