On November 7, 2024, at 11:15 AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Anastasia Flores, conducted a Case Management visit regarding room changes that will be taking place during construction at the Elementary School. Preschool classroom #17 will be moved to classroom #6. The Preschool will have the same playground, and restroom that a waiver is on file for. Education Coordinator, Cynthia Skyers, was informed the construction will take approximately six months. Capacity will not change; the classroom is sufficient for 24 children.

The designated Preschool Classroom Is moving to classroom #6, with an identical classroom layout and space. LPA observed room #6 that will be utilized which is currently being utilized by the staff, there is a staff bathroom that is in the classroom and will be locked during school day hours. The new classroom will be changed over the week of Thanksgiving break. Parents will be notified via learning genie and teachers will also be delivering the information and at the site meeting.

Total indoor activity space is sufficient to accommodate the capacity of 24 Children. LPA observed all indoor activity space to be complete with safe, age-appropriate furniture and equipment, including tables, chairs, cubbies, napping cots/mats, bookshelves, and other activity supplies for the children.

An exit interview was conducted, and this report was reviewed with Education Coordinator, Cynthia Skyers. Appeal rights were discussed and provided during the exit interview.

A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
