On November 5, 2024, at 9:10 AM, Licensing Program Analyst’s (LPAs) Anastasia Flores, Brian Morris, and Licensing Program Manager (LPM) Pauline Beschorner arrived for the purpose of conducting plan of corrections that are past due. All staff files were reviewed, and missing documents were noted. No deficiencies were issued on today's visit. Director was informed there may be deficiencies issued at the informal conference.

LPAs and LPM communicated with Director Yesenia Argueta in regard to the records that are missing, and not submitted for proof of correction. LPM and LPAs scheduled an informal conference requesting for the owner/Licensee Curtis Arnett and Director Yesenia Argueta to attend on November 21, 2024, at 11:00AM at the Riverside Office located at 3737 Main Street, Suite 700, Riverside, Ca.

Director stated the lead testing was completed, and It was requested for licensee to bring the completed lead testing documents, LIC503 for the Director, and missing documents for the staff referenced on LIC859 (Staff Records Review).

A copy of this report, LIC859 (Staff records review) and appeal rights, were reviewed and handed to Director Yesenia Argueta.

A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
