On August 24, 2024 at 3:40PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) William Chancellor arrived to Growing Tree Montessori Preschool (CCC) unannounced to conduct a Case Management Visit- Licensee Initiated. The purpose of the visit was to inspect room three which was directly affected by a plumbing issue. The plumping construction is potentially going to take two weeks but is yet be determined.

LPA also inspected room five which will temporarily be used until construction repairs are completed. LPA did not see any health and safety hazards.

An exit interview was conducted, and a copy of this report was provided along with appeal rights.

A Notice of Site Visit was also provided and must remain posted for 30 consecutive days.
