13 | On March 27, 2024, at 9:20 AM, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Cindy Hamilton and Kelly Gerth conducted an unannounced complaint inspection and met with licensee Sarahyah Yisrael. The purpose of the inspection was to initiate an investigation of the above stated allegations. During the inspection, LPAs toured the facility inside and out and health and safety concerns were noted. In addition, LPAs conducted an interview with licensee and reviewed pertinent documentation. The only children present were six of licensee's minor children.
On March 18, 2024, Community Care Licensing (CCL) received information stating the facility is unkempt and facility is malodorous. Regarding the allegation that facility is unkempt, it was alleged that the facility had debris on the floor and the couch and toys were stained. It was also alleged that everything looked dirty and the house was dark. LPAs observed the following in the daycare area: play structure and children’s kitchen to be dirty and damaged, broken and dirt yellow child’s chair, one stained sectional couch, four out of nine sleeping cots with rips and frayed edges, cots needing to be cleaned, observed red pepper flakes in the carpet, bathroom used by the children had orange peels and soiled tissue/wipes underneath the sink, a |
