25 | On 10/23/2023 at 11:00 AM, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Raymond Moorehead, Taityana Benson, and Licensing Program Manager (LPM) Aaron Ross arrived at the facility to conduct a pre-licensing inspection. Present during this inspection was Applicant Cindy Garcia. LPAs and LPM toured the facility, inside and out and the following was observed and/or discussed:
Normal days and hours of operation are Monday through Sunday from 5:00 AM- 3:00 AM.
OFF-LIMIT AREAS INCLUDE: All bedrooms, den, laundry room, yard on the west side of the home.
· Appropriate fire extinguisher, smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector are present and were tested by the applicant during this inspection. Fire extinguisher, smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector are in working order.
· All hazardous items are made inaccessible.
· Toxins are locked.
· No guns or weapons present as of this date, per applicant. Applicant understands all guns, weapons and ammunition must be key locked separately and made inaccessible per Title 22 Regulations.
· Stairs are not present in the home.
· Fireplace is not present at this time.
· Storage of poisons are inaccessible to children
· Property Owner/Landlord Consent (LIC 9149)/Notification (LIC 9151) is on file.
· Rental agreement/lease on file.
· Facility Sketch, Parent's Rights, and Emergency Disaster Plan postings are posted.
· Pediatric CPR and First Aid Card expires on 02/2025.
· Mandated Reporter Training Certificate expires on 08/04/2024.
