On the above noted date and time Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Diana Brasel arrived at the facility to conduct a follow-up Pre-licensing visit. LPA met with Program Director Carmela Garnica, reviewed and inspected the corrections needed. As of this date, the facility will be using what has been identified as the infant playground A for both the infant and toddler component. The playground identified as Toddler Option B playground on sketch currently will not be used until all needed work is completed. Carmela Garnica understands prior to using the Toddler Playground B, the department will need to be contacted and the playground cleared prior to using. The outdoor facility sketch was updated at time of visit. LPA took measurements for the now divided infant playground, which is now labeled as Infant playground A and toddler option B playground, each program has access to the identified section from their identified classrooms, Infant A and Toddler Option B. The facility has added a mesh net fencing to separate the playground. A capacity of 24 Infants ages 6 months - 2 years of age and 12 Toddler Option children ages 18 months - 36 months has been requested.
The infant program has 7 cribs located in the napping area.

The following corrections were needed from the original pre-licensing visit conducted on 04/09/2024.

1. Proof that the infant wall is 4 feet in ALL areas.
2. Proof of the completed parent board with all Licensing required postings.
3. Proof that all debris and weeds have been removed from both outdoor playgrounds.
4. Proof that all holes (sprinklers) located on the infant playground have been filled.
5. Proof that the Edison and Water utility access area on the infant playground have been made
