25 | On March 18, 2024 at 3:00 pm, Licensing Program Analyst(LPA), Diana Brasel conducted an announced Pre-Licensing inspection for a Change of Ownership. Upon arrival, LPA met with Applicant representative De Anne Mc Cashland. On 2/13/2024 a visit was conducted for this pending application request. It was discovered after the original PL visit that the non-walking infant room building #1 has an address of 4251 Jurupa Avenue Riverside CA 92506, the building sits adjacent to 4259 Jurupa Avenue Riverside CA 92506, the facility will be operating as one campus for the two address numbers. Both address, 4251 and 4259 will have their own license numbers. A granted approved Fire Clearance has been granted as of 12/21/2023. Hours of operation will be Monday-Friday 6:30 am-6:00 pm.
This report will document the corrected requested totals and square footage for the 3 components requested for 4259 Jurupa Avenue Riverside CA 92506. The facility has submitted updated LIC 200A's for both 4251 and 4259 Jurupa Avenue Riverside CA 92506. LPA Brasel will submit the updated LIC 200A's to the local Fire Marshall to obtain the corrected capacity for both address and comments. The facility has requested for 4259 Jurupa Avenue Riverside CA 92506, Infant building #2 per granted Fire Clearance walking infants 24, Preschool 103, and school age 58. On today's visit there were a total of 124 children located at 4259 Jurupa Avenue Riverside CA 92506 for all 3 programs and sufficient staff.
