25 | On March 28, 2024 at 1:00 pm, Licensing Program Analyst(LPA), Diana Brasel conducted an announced Pre-Licensing inspection for a Change of Ownership. Upon arrival, LPA met with Applicant representative De Anne Mc Cashland. On 2/13/2024 the initial visit was conducted, on 3/18/2024 a second visit was conducted after it was discovered that the non-walking infant room building #1 has an address of 4251 Jurupa Avenue Riverside CA 92506 (separate parcel), the building sits adjacent to 4259 Jurupa Avenue Riverside CA 92506, the facility will be operating as one campus for the two address numbers. Both addresses, 4251 and 4259 will have their own license numbers. A granted approved Fire Clearance has been granted as of 12/21/2023 for both addresses. LPA toured the facility on this date. Hours of operation will be Monday-Friday 6:30 am-6:00 pm.
The purpose of today's visit is to document the grass field located on 4251 Jurupa Valley Avenue parcel, as an additional preschool playground which has been requested to be used for the preschool program located on the 4259 Jurupa Valley Avenue parcel, operating as one campus.
This report will document the corrected outdoor square footage for the school-age and preschool components located at 4259 Jurupa Avenue. On today's visit there were a total of 122 children located at 4259 Jurupa Avenue Riverside CA 92506 with sufficient staff.
The facility currently has multiple fully fenced playgrounds. Fencing combination of wrought iron and block walls is at least four feet high. The total square footage for the outdoor activity space for the two Preschool playgrounds, one located at 4259 Jurupa Avenue and one located at 4251 is 11523.84, which is sufficient for the requested capacity of 103 children. |
