25 | At 12:50PM on November 1, 2022, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Alaina Wilburn conducted a case management inspection for an increase of capacity, requested by licensee Taronikka Sullivan. The licensee has applied to increase the capacity from a Small to a Large Family Child Care Home. A fire clearance was granted for an increase of capacity on 10/17/2022. LPA met with Licensee Taronikka Sullivan and conducted a tour the facility, inside and out, records were reviewed and the following was observed:
· Normal days and hours of operation are: Monday through Friday 7:00AM to 4:30PM
· Off-limit areas include: Second Floor and Garage.
LPA conducted the facility annual inspection this year on 05/31/2022, and at that time there were no deficiencies observed or issued.
· The facility is operating within the licensed capacity and appropriate ratios
· Appropriate supervision provided during this inspection
· A working telephone is present and the current number is on file
· Appropriate fire extinguisher, smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector present and were tested by the Licensee during this inspection.
· All hazardous items are stored inaccessible to children
· Toxins are locked
· Weapons are not present according to Title 22. Licensee understands all guns, weapons and ammunition must be key locked separately and made inaccessible per Title 22 Regulations
