There is a pool, spas, or other bodies of water. There is a mesh fence surrounding the pool that is 60 inches tall. The fence has a minimum distance of 45 inches between bars making it not easily climbable by a child under 6 years old. The distance between the bottom of the fence and the ground is 2 inches. There are no gaps that allow the passage of a sphere with a diameter of 4 inches or greater. The fence is sturdy and not easily pushed over or moved by children. There are no items near the fence that would make it easily climbable. The gate is self-closing, self-latching, and swings away from the pool. The lock is positioned 63 inches from the ground.
There is no pool alarm in the pool meeting ASTM International Standard F2208. There is not life ring with a minimum exterior diameter of 17 inches that is approved by the united stated coast guard. There is no rescue pole with a minimum fixed length of 12 feet equipped with an attached body hook. Licensee understand that she must purchase all missing items by June 6, 2025
LPA did not observe a daily pool inspection log is being completed on days of operation.
Both children's and employees' records are complete. Mandated Reporter Training has been completed and is valid until July 11, 2025. The Pediatric CPR and First Aid certification expires on March 4, 2027. Resident and staff records were reviewed, and all adults requiring caregiver background checks have received the necessary clearances and exemptions.
