25 | On the date listed at 10:20 AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Nasha King arrived at the facility to conduct a pre-licensing inspection. Present during this inspection were: Christina Zacarias (applicant), Arissa Lopez (daughter), Francisco Lopez Jr. (son), and two minor children. The home is a single-story residence with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, with an attached garage. LPA toured the facility, inside and out with the applicant and the following was observed and/or discussed:
· Per Applicant, off-limit areas include: Laundry Room, Garage, 2 Bedrooms, Master bedroom & Master bathroom. Off-limit areas have door knob covers and locks making them inaccessible to children.
· Normal hours of operation will be: Monday - Friday, 7AM - 5PM
· Smoke detectors and Carbon Monoxide detectors were tested by the applicant during this inspection and were in working order.
· There is central heating and air conditioning.
· The fire extinguisher is a 2 A 10 BC, fully charged and met standards established by the State Fire Marshal.
· All hazardous items were observed to be inaccessible. Storage of poisons and toxins are inaccessible to children and locked in the laundry room top right cabinet over the washing machine. Sharp items including kitchen knives, are inaccessible and stored in the top kitchen cabinet above the microwave. Medicines are locked and stored in the top hallway cabinet, which has a magnetic cabinet lock.
· First Aid Kit is located in the kitchen pantry, on top shelf, and contains all required items.
· No guns or weapons are stored in the facility as of this date. Applicant understands all guns, weapons and ammunition must be key locked separately and made inaccessible per Title 22 Regulations.
· There are no stairs in this home.
· The fireplace is properly screened,but applicant a lock to the glass door. |
