25 | An office meeting was held at the Riverside Child Care South East Regional Office, June 7, 2022 with Licensing Program Manager (LPM) Stephanie Hudak, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Ana Noble and Applicant-Alyssa Paddie-Director, Rebeccah Eich-CEO and Meghan Rabin-Secretary. The purpose of the office meeting was to discuss the following:
1) Pending application for Ready, Set, Grow! Preschool
2) Current status of the Corporation
3) Documents Submitted as part of the application
4) Notice of Incomplete Application Notice (NOIA) dated 5/20/22
5) Importance of Communication with Licensing
LPM Hudak discussed the issues pertaining to the pending application listed above for Ready, Set, Grow! Preschool, Preschool Program. Overview of Title 22 Requirements for Child Care Centers and Notice of Incomplete Application (NOIA) was reviewed. Currently, Community Care Licensing (CCL) does not have adequate documentation via the California Secretary of State website, that the Corporation is no longer in suspension status. It was discovered during the meeting that CEO Rebeccah Eich was voted in as the new CEO effective July 1, 2022. CEO provided a copy of the board meeting minutes documenting the change. It was also stated by representatives of Ready, Set, Grow that they are currently fundraising to increase their financial account balances. Representatives also agreed to communicate with CCL staff of all changes and updates to their Corporation.
The following items will need to be submitted by 8/07/22 as agreed upon with Rebeccah Eich, CEO and Alyssa Paddie, Applicant/Director:
1) All documents listed on the Notice of Incomplete Application (NOIA), LIC184C. |
