25 | On July 22, 2022 at 9:38 AM, Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Ana Noble arrived at the facility to conduct a pre-licensing inspection. Present during this inspection were: Applicant Heidy Valenzuela, applicant's 3 children and applicants spouse. The home is single story home with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, with attached garage. At 11:01 AM/PM, LPA toured the facility, inside and out with Heidy Valenzuela, Applicant and the following was observed and/or discussed:
· Per Applicant, off-limit areas include: Masterbedroom/bath, Bedroom 2 & 3 and garage. Off-limit areas have locks, making them inaccessible to children.
· Normal hours of operation will be: Monday-Friday 7:00 to 6:00 pm
· Smoke detectors and Carbon Monoxide detectors were tested by the applicant during this inspection and were in working order.
· There is central heating and air conditioning.
· The fire distinguisher is a 2-10-A-BC, fully charged and met standards established by the State Fire Marshal.
· All hazardous items were observed to be inaccessible. Storage of poisons and toxins are inaccessible to children and locked in garage. Sharp items including kitchen knives, are inaccessible and stored in Upper cabinets in the kitchen. Medicines are locked and stored in a kitchen cabinet with a tot lock.
· First Aid Kit is located in the kitchen pantry, on top shelf, and contains all required items.
· There are guns that are stored in the facility as of this date. Applicant understands all guns, weapons and ammunition must be key locked separately and made inaccessible per Title 22 Regulations.
· Single story home
· There is no fireplace.
· Clean, safe and age appropriate toys were observed.
· LPA observed a cell phone that is operable at this time.
· There were no toxic plants inside or outside at the facility observed at this time.
· The outside activity area consists of: Patio area and dirty area in backyard. |
