25 | On December 09, 2022 at 10:52 AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Ana Noble arrived at the facility to conduct a pre-licensing inspection. Present during this inspection were: Sandra and Reynaldo De La Torre. The home is single story with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, with attached garage. At 12:35 PM, LPA toured the facility, inside and out with Sandra and Reynaldo and the following was observed and/or discussed:
· Per Applicant, off-limit areas include: Bedroom #1-3 and Bathroom #1. Off-limit areas have key locks or child safety door knobs, making them inaccessible to children.
· Normal hours of operation will be: Monday-Friday 4:30 am - 3:30 pm
· Smoke detectors and Carbon Monoxide detectors were tested by the applicant during this inspection and were in working order.
· There is central heating and air conditioning.
· The fire distinguisher is a 2 A 10 BC, fully charged and met standards established by the State Fire Marshal.
· All hazardous items were observed to be inaccessible. Storage of poisons and toxins are inaccessible to children and locked in laundry room and garage. Sharp items including kitchen knives, are inaccessible and stored in upper kitchen cabinet with a safety latch. Medicines are locked and stored in Masterbedroom closet.
· First Aid Kit is located in the kitchen pantry, on top shelf, and contains all required items.
· No guns or weapons are stored in the facility as of this date. Applicant understands all guns, weapons and ammunition must be key locked separately and made inaccessible per Title 22 Regulations.
· Single story home
· The no fireplace
· Clean, safe and age appropriate toys were observed.
· LPA observed a working telephone is a cellular phones-Both Applicant have cell phone.
· There were no toxic plants inside or outside the facility observed at this time
· The outside activity area consists of: Concrete Patio and grass area. |
