25 | On 1/17/2024 at 9:57am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jeanette Sanchez arrived at the facility to conduct a case management inspection due an application to increase capacity to a large family childcare home. Present during this inspection were: licensee and assistant. The home is single story with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, with no garage. Fire Clearance was approved by Riverside County Fire Department on 1/11/2024.
At 10:19am, LPA toured the facility, inside and out and the following was observed and/or discussed:
Roster was reviewed and confirmed no new enrollees since annual inspection on 11/9/2023. Therefore, children records were not reviewed.
No new associations since annual inspection. All certifications remain current.
LPA and licensee reviewed ratios and capacity for a large family child care home.
No deficiencies observed during time of inspection
The application for a Large Family Child Care Home will be submitted for approval with a maximum capacity of 12, or 14 with parent notification.
During the exit interview, the Licensee Martina Huazano, confirmed that there are no Registered Sex Offenders living in the facility and LPA completed the RSO profile in FAS.
An exit interview was conducted, and this report was reviewed with the licensee Martina Huazano. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. |
