25 | On December 11, 2024, at 09:27 AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Courtnee Peebles arrived at the facility to conduct a pre-licensing inspection. Present during this inspection were: applicant Danait Anailem. The home is one story with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, with attached garage. LPA toured the facility, inside and out with Danait Anailem and the following was observed and/or discussed: Danait Anailem.
· Per Applicant, off-limit areas include: Garage, Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2. Off-limit are currently accessible, but will be made inaccessible before licensure.
· Normal hours of operation will be: Monday and Friday 07:00 AM to 05:00 PM
· Smoke detectors and Carbon Monoxide detectors were tested by the applicant during this inspection and were in working order.
· There is central heating and air conditioning.
· The fire extinguisher is a fully charged and met standards established by the State Fire Marshal.
· All hazardous items were observed to be inaccessible. Storage of poisons and toxins are inaccessible to children in an off limits area, that will remain inaccessible by use of a safety latch. Sharp items including kitchen knives, are inaccessible and stored in a high kitchen cabinet. Medicines are locked and stored in the bathroom sink that will be made inaccessible by safety latch.
· First Aid Kit is located in the hallway cabinet, on top shelf, and contains all required items.
· No guns or weapons are stored in the facility as of this date. Applicant understands all guns, weapons and ammunition must be key locked separately and made inaccessible per Title 22 Regulations.
· The fireplace is properly screened
· Clean, safe and age appropriate toys were observed.
· LPA observed a working telephone located.
· There were no toxic plants inside or outside the facility observed at this time
· The outside activity area consists of: a wooden fire pit, a bbq pit, large grassy play area and toys that are age appropriate |
