Playground equipment and surfaces are free of loose or sharp parts and sand is present under the equipment to provide sufficient cushioning. There are sufficient equipment and toys, and shaded areas are supplied by the building and trees.
At 9:55 PM, LPAs observed a child (C1) in the play area behind the row of classrooms. LPAs notified director of the child. Director immediately took C1 back to their classroom. C1 was signed into classroom B and accessed the playground area through an open bathroom door into classroom A, which had access to the back playground. Director spoke with Teacher 1 and Teacher 2, who were unaware that the child was absent.
