25 | On 06/01/2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Soleil Marx, met with Facility Representative, Tara Williams, for the purpose of conducting an unannounced annual inspection. LPA observed 16 preschool age children being supervised by three staff. Toddler option is not currently being utilized. Facility was reminded to never exceed the conditions, limitations and capacity specified on the license. Facility hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 07:00 AM to 06:00 PM
LPA inspected indoor activity spaces, restrooms, food service areas, and outdoor activity spaces. Hazardous items were inaccessible to children. The floors and surfaces appeared clean throughout most of the facility. Indoor furniture, toys, materials were in satisfactory condition. Outdoor activity space and equipment were in good repair and free of loose or sharp parts. LPA observed cushioning via bark in areas underneath climbing equipment and shaded areas provided. Restrooms were well stocked, sanitary, and in operating condition. Uncontaminated drinking water was readily available to children both indoors and outdoors. Menus were posted for breakfast and PM snack which is provided by the facility, children bring lunch from home. Trash bins with waste have tight-fitting lids. LPA observed first aid supplies, carbon monoxide detector, smoke detector, and fully charged 2A10BC fire extinguisher within the facility. Facility utilizes an electronic sign in/out system. PA inspected transportation vans. LPA observed ratio, supervision and personal rights requirements being met. There are no bodies of water on the premises.
LPA reviewed facility records including child's records, personnel records, administrative records, and documents to be posted. LPA reviewed a sample of children’s files and observed that each child's file contained the required licensing documentation. LPA reviewed records for present staff. At least one staff member present today has current Pediatric CPR and First Aid certification. Staff currently employed with the facility have: a criminal record clearance, a health screening report, immunization records, current Mandated Reporter Training, required licensing forms, and records of transcripts. Facility maintains a children's roster and fire drill log within the facility; last fire drill was conducted 05/2026. LPA observed the required facility postings were posted and visible to authorized representatives.
