Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Andrea Cortez and Sala Vang met with Director, Jamison Charlton for the purpose of conducting an unannounced subsequent complaint investigation to deliver finding pertaining to the above allegations. The purpose of today's inspection was explained. During the investigation LPA reviewed the DLC Handbook and Admission Agreement. It was noted that the agreement emphasizes DLC's play based child lead philosophy which promotes engaging outdoor activities

Although the allegation may be true or may have happened, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the allegations; therefore, the allegation is unsubstantiated. Exit interview was conducted and report was reviewed with Director Jamison Charlton. Appeal rights were provided. Notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
