13 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Christopher Bello met with Teacher Suzie Saraba to continue and close a complaint investigation, regarding the above allegation. Upon arrival, LPA observed 21 Children with two teachers and one aide. LPA made observations, gathered documents pertaining to the investigation and conducted interviews. It was alleged that a daycare child received multiple bruises from staff#1.
Observations and interviews did not corroborate the allegation.
Teacher stated that they have rules and structure in the classroom that they follow and children are treated with love and respect. It was also stated that they make sure that the children’s social, emotional, cognitive and physical needs are met daily.
Based on LPA’s investigation although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is Unsubstantiated.
No Title 22 Deficiencies observed in the areas that were evaluated. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Teacher, Suzie Saraba. |
