25 | On 09/2/2026, Program Analyst (LPA) Pa Dao Vang met with Director Fabiola Salceda, for the purpose of an unannounced, annual required inspection. There are no children currently enrolled in care. Facility hours of operation are from 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Mondays through Fridays. The facility is a part-day program. The facility also provides transportation services to children.
Director was reminded that all adults 18 and over, including employees and volunteers, except as specified in Health and Safety Code section 1596.871, must obtain a criminal record clearance or exemption, or transfer their existing clearance or exemption, prior to initial presence in a Child Care Center. A civil penalty of $100.00 minimum/day for a maximum of 5 days or, if the penalty is for a repeat violation, for a maximum of 30 days per person will be assessed if this regulation is violated.
LPA conducted a health and safety inspection of the classrooms and restrooms. LPA observed the following documents are posted: License, Emergency Disaster Plan, Personal Rights, Parents' Rights Poster, Earthquake Preparedness, Child Passenger Restraint Poster, Parent’s Notification, LIC613A Person Rights, Daily Activity Schedule, and menus. The cleaning disinfectants and hazardous items are appropriately stored and inaccessible to children. LPA observed the child’s medication up to date and properly storage. Furniture and equipment are in good condition.
LPA observed trash bins with tight fitted lids. Toileting facilities are in safe, sanitary condition. The floors appeared to be clean throughout the facility. Licensee Representative stated that there is no smoking, no firearms nor poisons on the premises. LPA observed the facility’s electronic sign in and out system with parents’ signatures through the app. Facility has record of conducting fire drills at least every six months; last fire drill was conducted on 08/19/2026.
