32 | It was alleged that staff are not properly cleaning children's sippy cups, which resulted in mold growth. Interviews did not reveal any disclosures of improper sanitization nor mold. LPA observed proper cleaning procedures and cups free from mold or any debris in all classrooms.
Based on interviews, observations, documentation, and other information gathered, there was not a preponderance of evidence to prove or negate the allegations, therefore the allegations are UNSUBSTANTIATED. In the areas that were evaluated on 07/11/2024, no deficiencies were cited during today's inspection. An exit interview was conducted with Director Davies, and Appeal Rights were provided by LPA. A Notice of Site visit was posted by LPA and must remain posted on, or immediately adjacent to, the interior side of the main door for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100. |
