| Drinking water was readily available to children via drinking fountains, water pitchers and disposable cups. LPA observed digital signature parent app for sign-in & sign-out named HUBB. There are no firearms or bodies of water on the premises. LPA observed a functional carbon monoxide detector.
Staff files were reviewed. At least one staff member present today has current Pediatric CPR and First Aid certification. LPA observed immunization records and documentation of the educational background, training, and/or experience and AB 1207 Mandated Reporter training certificates.
Children's records were reviewed. Each child's file contained an emergency card, consent for emergency medical treatment and notifications of children’s and parent’s rights.
Medications were verified. Incidental Medical Services – IMS was discussed. For IMS information see Evaluator Manual – Regulation Interpretations and Procedures for Child Care Centers Sections 101173 and 101226. LPA observed sunscreen forms on file.

LPA discussed annual fees. LPA informed the Facility Representative of the recent regional office relocation and provided updated personal and parent's rights forms and postings.
Facility Representative was informed of the www.mychildcareplan.org website; a consumer education website that helps families obtain childcare by connecting them to childcare providers and Resource and Referral Agencies (R&Rs) throughout California.
