Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Andrea Cortez made an unannounced inspection of the facility and met with Team Lead Samantha Carlson to deliver findings and conclude the complaint investigation of the above allegations. Upon arrival, LPA observed 58 children supervised by 5 staff.

It was alleged that staff member pushed a child, left a child in soiled clothing for an extended period of time and not meeting a child's toileting needs.

During the investigation, LPA conducted a health and safety inspection of the facility, conducted interviews with parents and teachers, obtained documents, and observed routines among children and staff.

Three out of Three parents interviewed did not express complaints or concerns. LPA found parents to be satisfied with the care their children receive at the facility.

Based on the investigation conducted, although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violations occurred. As a result, the allegations are UNSUBSTANTIATED.

Notice of Site Visit was issued and shall remain posted for 30 days. Appeal Rights were also provided and discussed.
