On 10/26/2022, Licensing Program Analyst Katy Maestas (LPA) conducted a field visit to the facility for the purpose of opening a complaint investigation regarding the above allegation. LPA arrived at the center and was met by Director Alyssa DiPippo (D1). LPA disclosed the purpose of the inspection and was granted entrance into the facility.
LPA conducted a tour of the facility and observed 7 infants being supervised by 2 adults, 61 preschool- aged children being supervised by 5 adults, and 3 school-aged children being superrvised by 1 adult. 3 adults were observed to be onsite that were available for assisstance with ratio should it be necessary. LPA determined, through accessing Guardian, that all required adults were background cleared and associated to the license. LPA requested documentation of the Facility Roster, Personnel Roster, Staff and Children Attendance records.
LPA determined that the facilty is not operating out of its capacity (capacity is 120).

 LPA also considered daily teacher to child ratios and determined that enough adults were on site to meet the daily attendance records. However, LPA cannot prove where each adult was utilized in the classroom ratios. Therefore, there was not a preponderance of evidence to prove or negate the allegation, therefore the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED.
An exit interview was conducted with D1 and Appeal Rights were provided. A Notice of Site Visit was posted by LPA and this shall be posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
