25 | On 04/17/2023, Licensing Program Analyst Katy Maestas (LPA) conducted a Case Management inspection at the facility regarding a self-reported Unusual Incident Report dated 04/12/2023. LPA arrived at the facility and was met by the Director Alyssa DiPippo (D1). LPA disclosed the purpose of the inspection and was granted entrance into the facility. LPA observed 10 infants being supervised by 3 staff members and 48 preschool aged children being supervised during nap time by 4 staff members. LPA accessed Guardian to verify that all required adults were background cleared. LPA interviewed staff members and requested a copy of the Facility Roster and children's files.
No deficiencies were cited in the areas that were observed on 04/17/2023. An exit interview was conducted and the report was reviewed with D1. LPA provided D1 with Licensee Appeal Rights. A Notice of Site visit was posted by LPA and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100. |
