Licensing Program Analyst, Erwina Pascual-Golamco (LPA) met with Director Carrie Robinson, for an unannounced case management inspection following self reported unusual incident reports.

LPA received Unusual Incident Reports from the facility regarding incidents that occurred on 08/02/24 and 08/09/24. During today's inspection, LPA observed staff provide care to children, conducted interview with Director, and requested facility documents.

No deficiencies were cited during today's inspection. This report was reviewed with Director, and an exit interview was conducted. A Notice of Site Visit (NOS) was provided to Director, who will post it for a period of 30 days for parental review.
