An unannounced collateral inspection of the facility was conducted by Licensing Program Analyst Jennifer Velasco (LPA), who met with Facility Representative Carrie Robinson (D1). LPA conducted an interview with witnesses regarding a current complaint investigation at a separate licensed facility.

During today's visit, LPA toured the facility and observed six classroom staff providing care to 20 children on the infant license (343602985), four classroom staff providing care to 39 children on the preschool license (343602983), and one classroom staff providing care to 11 children on the school age license (343602984).

This report was reviewed with D1 and an exit interview was conducted. LPA provided D1 with a Notice of Site Visit, which must remain posted for 30 days.
