Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Gagandeep Singh met with facility representative, Jessica Turner, for a case management inspection. Purpose of the inspection was to inform the facility about amending a previously issued report and obtain signature on amended report.

During today's inspection, LPA explained the reason for amendment of a report issued on December 13, 2021. LPA obtain the signature on amended report and provided a copy to the facility. Notice of site visit is posted and shall remain posted for next 30 days.
