Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Gagandeep Singh and David Nguyen met with the facility director, Tia Romero, to deliver the findings of the complaint alleging a day care child sustained an unexplained injury while in care.

During the investigation, LPA inspected the facility, interviewed the staff. During the interviews, LPA did not find any witness of child getting injured and no evidence of child getting injured at the facility. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is unsubstantiated. Copy of this report was reviewed and provided to the director. Notice of site visit is posted and shall remain posted for next 30 days.
